tweetlighter the company

tweetlighter was founded as a way to combat all of the share buttons that are taking over the web. It started with one and now there are 500 different buttons to share information and one bigger and more obnoxious than the next.

With tweetlighter we decided to take a different approach to sharing. No buttons taking up your website, no obnoxious drop down menus asking you to share the post you are reading. We have decided that if you want to share information through tweets, simply highlighting the text is the way to go. The great thing about it is that each tweet is yours, no button says that you can only retweet the title (of course you can if you wish). We like to think that tweetlighter is for the people who actually read the news articles and the blog posts, the people that actually wants to get involved in what they are reading.

tweetlighter was founded by Andrew Stanley, a young 21 year old entrepreneurial spirit from Oklahoma City. Andrew enjoys snowboarding, all things computer related, and talking in the third person.
